Finance & Accounting Head
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for
leading the finance and control function of its operations in
Indonesia, comprising a substantial manufacturing facility and the
commercial activities of the domestic and export markets. You will
also work closely with the regional finance and control team and with
the manufacturing team in monitoring our growing investment.
Responsible for the overall:
• Management of financial with the focus on financial
development and financial integration; Strategic planning of
financial management and operational support; And maintenance of all
approved business system.
• Review internal and external auditor reports and management
letters from accounting firms, and maintain continuous improvements
mainly those in line with business’ risk assessment issues. It also
covers continuous improvements of accounting principles and common
practices.
• In charge as such a tax consultant for the company to present
reliable direction for any tax and custom related issues. It includes
acting significant tax audit assessments, strategic tax planning and
maintain good liaison with Indonesian Tax Officers
• Manage the legal entities in the country and work with the
system and authorities to drive simplicity in the structuring, review
principal legal agreements as well as ensuring compliance with
government reporting requirements.
Qualifications :
• Recognize Finance Accountancy qualification – Chartered
Accountant and Bachelor Degree in Finance, preferably coupled with a
Master Degree in Business Administration
• Should have at least 10 years total experience of which 3-4
years proven expertise at leading and managing finance teams
• Knowledge of other parts of finance advantageous i.e. Legal,
Tax, Corporate Reporting, Investor Relations, Treasury, Internal
Audit and Merger and Acquisitions and legal.
• Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is advantage value.
• Possess first class communication and leadership skills and
an ability to influence and motivate.
• Demonstrates sound business knowledge;
